When New York sophistication meets the breathtaking mountain backdrop of Park City, the result is pure magic. Micaela and Jeremy envisioned a destination wedding weekend that felt elegant, welcoming, and effortlessly memorable for their family and friends traveling from across the country — and their celebration at Park Meadows Country Club delivered exactly that.
Planned and designed by Shellie Ferrer Events, this outdoor wedding beautifully blended elevated style with the relaxed beauty of the Wasatch Mountains.
Traveling from New York City to Park City for their wedding celebration, Micaela and Jeremy wanted their guests to experience the very best of Utah mountain hospitality. From the beginning, guest experience was at the center of every planning detail.
Our team coordinated and managed room blocks for wedding guests, ensuring a seamless stay throughout the weekend and creating an effortless travel experience for friends and family arriving from all over the country.

From welcome events to transportation logistics, every detail was curated to allow guests to relax and fully enjoy the celebration weekend in beautiful Park City.
The wedding festivities officially kicked off at The Spur Bar & Grill, located on Historic Main Street in Park City. The Spur provided the perfect setting for a lively and stylish welcome gathering, where guests could mingle, enjoy cocktails, and soak in the energy of Park City before the wedding day. The combination of mountain-town charm, live entertainment, and warm ambiance made it an unforgettable start to the weekend festivities.

Surrounded by panoramic mountain views and lush summer greens, Micaela and Jeremy exchanged vows in an elegant outdoor ceremony at Park Meadows Country Club.

The natural beauty of the venue created a timeless and romantic atmosphere, while refined floral design and thoughtful details elevated the celebration into a truly memorable affair. Guests enjoyed an intimate yet elevated experience that reflected the couple’s modern style and love for meaningful connection.
As the sun set over the mountains, the celebration transitioned seamlessly into an evening of fine dining, heartfelt toasts, and unforgettable dancing under the stars.

One of the standout details from the evening was the couple’s vegan wedding cake, beautifully crafted and provided by Park Meadows Country Club. The cake was both stunning and delicious — a thoughtful reflection of the couple’s preferences and commitment to creating an inclusive guest experience.

One of the most memorable moments of the evening was the couple’s joyful Hora during the reception.
The Hora is a traditional Jewish wedding dance where guests lift the couple in chairs while dancing in a circle around them. It symbolizes joy, celebration, and community, creating an energetic and meaningful moment that brings everyone together.
To close out the wedding weekend, guests gathered for a farewell brunch at Hearth and Hill. The relaxed and inviting atmosphere gave everyone one final opportunity to connect, share stories from the celebration, and enjoy a beautiful Park City morning before heading home. For Micaela and Jeremy, the Hora added an unforgettable burst of excitement to the reception and allowed guests from all backgrounds to participate in a cherished tradition. The dance floor quickly filled with laughter, music, and nonstop energy as friends and family celebrated the newlyweds.

Micaela and Jeremy’s wedding weekend was the perfect example of destination wedding planning done beautifully: intentional details, exceptional guest experiences, breathtaking scenery, and timeless style woven together effortlessly.
