Hailey and Shaun envisioned a wedding that would allow their family and friends to step away from everyday life and gather somewhere truly special. They found exactly that at Wolfe Creek Ranch, a stunning private residence tucked into the Utah countryside.
Guests traveled from across the country to celebrate the couple’s wedding weekend, arriving to breathtaking mountain views, golden meadows, and an atmosphere that felt both intimate and grand. The private estate setting allowed the couple to create a completely customized wedding experience while showcasing everything that makes Utah such an incredible destination wedding location.
The ceremony took place on a manicured lawn overlooking miles of open landscape and distant mountain ranges. Rows of guest seating framed a lush aisle lined with abundant floral arrangements featuring calla lilies, hydrangeas, scabiosa, snapdragons, and seasonal blooms in soft, organic tones.
Elegant parasols were provided for guests as they settled into their seats beneath the afternoon sun. As Hailey made her way down the aisle, surrounded by breathtaking scenery, the setting felt both timeless and unforgettable.
One of the most emotional moments of the day came as Hailey and Shaun exchanged vows against the backdrop of Utah’s sweeping countryside before sharing their first kiss as husband and wife surrounded by loved ones.
Throughout the day, the couple incorporated meaningful details that reflected their personalities and the unique setting of the ranch.
One of our favorite details was Hailey’s custom red embroidered cowboy boots, which added a playful nod to the Western landscape while remaining effortlessly stylish. Paired with her modern strapless gown and dramatic veil, the look perfectly balanced sophistication with personality.
The floral design embraced an organic garden-inspired aesthetic featuring white calla lilies, textural blooms, cascading amaranthus, and seasonal greenery that complemented the natural beauty of Wolfe Creek Ranch.
Following the ceremony, guests gathered beneath a beautiful sailcloth tent for dinner and dancing. The reception design featured long banquet tables dressed with crisp white linens, gold charger plates, modern flatware, candlelight, rosemary place settings, and delicate floral bud vases.
The elegance of the tablescape allowed the surrounding landscape to remain the focal point while creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests.
As the evening unfolded, heartfelt toasts, incredible dining, and meaningful conversations filled the tent while the sun set over the mountains.
One of the most charming details of the evening was the couple’s vintage-inspired heart-shaped wedding cake. Decorated with intricate buttercream piping and a simple “Just Married” inscription, the cake perfectly reflected the romantic and playful spirit of the celebration.
As golden hour arrived, Hailey and Shaun slipped away for portraits across the property. The expansive meadows, tall grasses, and mountain views provided a spectacular backdrop as they explored the ranch together.
