Jacquelyn and Andrew’s destination Jewish wedding at River Bottoms Ranch in Midway, Utah was a joyful celebration filled with color, meaning, and mountain-inspired details. Planned by Shellie Ferrer Events, the wedding weekend blended refined design with the natural beauty of Utah’s landscape, creating an unforgettable experience for guests traveling in to celebrate.

From the very beginning, the couple’s wedding design felt personal and intentional. Their invitation suite introduced guests to the weekend with soft neutral tones, custom mountain artwork, and thoughtful event details for the welcome dinner, wedding day, and farewell brunch. A custom kippah and elegant stationery pieces added a meaningful nod to the Jewish wedding traditions woven throughout the celebration.

The ceremony took place outdoors with the mountains and water creating a stunning natural backdrop. Jacquelyn and Andrew stood beneath a lush floral structure overflowing with coral, peach, pink, and fuchsia blooms. The bright floral palette brought a fresh summer energy to the ceremony while still feeling romantic and elevated. Surrounded by family and friends, the couple shared their vows in a setting that felt both intimate and breathtaking.

One of the most memorable design moments was the colorful floral installation. The ceremony florals framed the couple beautifully, creating a vibrant focal point against the peaceful pond and mountain views of River Bottoms Ranch. The flowers carried through the rest of the wedding day, from Jacquelyn’s bouquet to the reception tables, tying the entire celebration together.

Guests were welcomed into the reception with playful mountain-inspired details, including après-ski style escort cards featuring gondolas, ski runs, and custom illustrations. This creative seating display added a fun destination element and gave a nod to the Utah mountain setting in a way that felt unique to the couple.

The reception design was warm, colorful, and inviting. Long wooden tables were styled with layered place settings, vintage-inspired glassware, gold flatware, taper candles, and garden-style floral arrangements in shades of coral, peach, pink, ivory, and green. The overall look felt elegant without being overly formal, perfectly matching the relaxed beauty of River Bottoms Ranch.

A three-tier wedding cake decorated with delicate floral details added another charming design moment. The hand-painted style flowers mirrored the colorful blooms used throughout the wedding day, making the cake feel sweet, personal, and beautifully connected to the overall design.

Jacquelyn and Andrew’s wedding was a true celebration of family, tradition, and place. From the Jewish ceremony details to the colorful florals and mountain-inspired guest experience, every part of the day reflected thoughtful planning and joyful design. It was an honor for Shellie Ferrer Events to plan and design this destination Jewish wedding at River Bottoms Ranch in Utah.
