Park City Wedding Planner: That’s Amore!
In most cases our brides and grooms come to Park City and surrounding areas for a destination wedding. Recently we got to work with one of our local families for a gorgeous ranch wedding. These two not only were locals, but are high school sweethearts. They wanted to incorporate a Tuscan bohemian chic feel into their big day.
For dinner service, we had a gold 6 foot tall mirror turned into a stunning seating assignment board for guests dinner assignments. After the wedding our couple would be able to refurbish the mirror into their new home they just purchased.
Our bride and groom wanted to be able to give guests a gift when leaving that they would use. Many times favors are left behind or not used when guests take them home. Each guest received an adorable bag of fresh coffee beans to roast at home. The custom made labels read “Something old, something new, something borrowed, Something Brewed”.
The setting could not be more perfect for our summer wedding. The ranch that was chosen over other ranches was very private on 200 acres of land. Their guests were shuttled in from Park City for the short ride. The ceremony was in a gorgeous meadow, cocktail hour outside the custom made barn, and dinner inside the barn. It was a perfect setting filled with farm tables and benches for the guest’s dinner service. Lights and lanterns with candles were strung above the guests’ tables to create a beautiful ambiance.
Each place setting had a custom menu created by our design team. Guests would get to see what would be served with their delicious Tuscan family style dinner service.
During cocktail hour, guests were greeted with several scrumptious treats including these prosciutto wrapped asparagus hors d’oeuvres.
The reception farm tables were decorated with ivory runners, fresh olive branches that were flown in for the wedding, several different types of candles, and wine bottles that were labeled with the table numbers.
As dinner service began, the catering staff brought out delicious homemade four cheese flatbread with arugula.
After dinner service, guest gathered in the outdoor auditorium for dancing, dessert, and warming up around the fire pits and hay stacks.
